During January, 236 patients responded to the Friends & Family Test.

We carefully review all feedback each month and use it to shape service improvements. Here are the key themes raised in January — and the changes we’ve made.

Calling the practice at busy times can be difficult.
✅ We Did:
We have introduced EMMA, our virtual receptionist, who answers your call within three rings and gathers the details of your clinical or admin query.
Your request is automatically converted into an Accurx form and reviewed by a clinician the same day.
- If your request is urgent, you will be contacted on the same day.
- If it is routine, we will be in touch to arrange the most appropriate appointment.

Not everyone finds the online system easy to use.
✅ We Did:
- We now have easy‑to‑follow guides for both Accurx and the NHS App available on our social media pages.
- Our reception team continue to offer support for booking by phone or in person for anyone who needs it.
