💊 Medication Review Appointments with Our Clinical Pharmacists 💊
If you have been booked in for a medication review with one of our Clinical Pharmacists, you may notice an appointment showing in your NHS App.
Please be aware that this is usually an administrative review and is not a face-to-face appointment.
Following your review, one of the following may happen:
✅ Your medication may simply be authorised and issued if no changes are needed.
✅ You may receive a text message or an Accurx message with the outcome of the review or any advice from the pharmacist.
📞 You will only receive a telephone call if the pharmacist feels it is necessary to discuss something with you directly.
Please do not expect a phone call following every medication review appointment, as in many cases this is not required.
Thank you for your understanding and for helping us to ensure our Clinical Pharmacists can use their time efficiently while continuing to provide safe and effective care.
